THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING POLICY GOVERNS THE SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM RICHILL MELANCHOLY, LLC (THE "PROVIDER" OR "WE") THROUGH WWW.RICHILLMELANCHOLY.COM (“THE SITE").
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY PROCESSED WITHIN TWO (2) TO THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OR DELIVERED ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. IN THE EVENT OF HIGH ORDER VOLUMES, SHIPMENT MAY BE DELAYED BY A FEW DAYS. IF THERE WILL BE A SIGNIFICANT DELAY IN THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL.
2. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED CONTAINING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER(S). THE TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE ACTIVE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SHIPMENT.
3. TRANSFER OF RISK AND TITLE
DELIVERY IS DEEMED COMPLETE AND TITLE TO THE PRODUCTS PASSES TO YOU UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT BY A COMMON CARRIER (UPS). RICHILL MELANCHOLY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN PASSED TO UPS AND HAS CLEARED OUR FULFILLMENT HOUSE. > NOTICE: ANY CLAIMS FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN AFTER RECORDED DELIVERY MUST BE FILED DIRECTLY WITH UPS. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT GUARANTEE REIMBURSEMENT OR REPLACEMENT FOR ITEMS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BY THE CARRIER THAT ARE SUBSEQUENTLY UNACCOUNTED FOR.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, RICHILL MELANCHOLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER AFTER LEAVING OUR FULFILLMENT HOUSE. ALL FEES IMPOSED DURING OR AFTER SHIPPING ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER (TARIFFS, TAXES, ETC.). PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR SPECIFIC REGULATIONS.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. RICHILL MELANCHOLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IF THAT ADDRESS WAS ENTERED INCORRECTLY BY THE USER. IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO COLLECT THE DELIVERY, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO RESHIP THE ITEM.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN DELIVERY CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, REBELLIONS, EMBARGOES, ACTS OF CIVIL OR MILITARY AUTHORITIES, FIRES, FLOODS, ACCIDENTS, QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS, STRIKES, OR TRANSPORTATION SHORTAGES.
