Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise:

Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received;
Must have all original tags still attached and intact;
Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
Must be sent in its original packaging;
Must include its original packing slip;
Must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery; and
Must be sent in one single shipment; products belonging to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

Note: We offer no refunds on any products designated on richillmelancholy.com as Non-Returnable or Final Sale.

REFUND PROCESS

If all conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs and a $10.00 flat rate return shipping/restocking fee. Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days from our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Credit Card: Refund times depend on your card issuer's policies. The credit date will coincide with the original payment date to avoid interest fees.
PayPal: Refunds will be visible in your PayPal account immediately.

If your return does not satisfy the conditions above, we will not issue a refund. You will have seven (7) days from being notified of the rejection to request that the merchandise be shipped back to you at your expense. If you do not request the return within this period, you authorize Richill Melancholy, and its affiliates, to dispose of the merchandise as it sees fit.

IDENTIFICATION TAG & SHOES

All products include an identification tag. Please try your item on before removing the tag. We do not accept returns once the tag has been removed, broken, or damaged. Shoes include a sticker under the sole; removing or altering this sticker voids your right to return the item.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Richill Melancholy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the products included on the site nor as to the merchandise being sold to you. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Richill Melancholy will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the site, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
